我可以在布拉格和目的地之间的途中停留吗？
可以——每条城际线路均包含免费停留，可在预订时添加，也可在出行当天直接向司机提出。常见的停留点包括路边餐厅的午餐休息、观景点，或途经的次要城市（布拉格至维也纳途中的布尔诺，布拉格至柏林途中的德累斯顿，布拉格至布达佩斯途中的布拉蒂斯拉发）。每次停留可享受最多 30 分钟的免费等候时间；超出部分我们会按事先约定的清晰计时等候费率收费。如果您需要更长时间的停留——例如前往慕尼黑途中在卡罗维发利游览三小时——请将其预订为多点停留行程，我们会为整趟旅程提供单一固定车费。对企业客户，我们还可以在账户中设置可重复使用的多点停留行程，方便您的差旅人员一键选择。
预订后如果我的计划有变怎么办？
在预定接送时间前两小时内取消均可免费办理——无需说明理由，退款会在一个工作日内退回原支付方式。更改接送时间、上车或下车地址、车辆级别或乘客姓名，在任何时候均免费，包括出行当天：只需拨打调度电话 +420 725 986 855 或通过 WhatsApp 联系我们即可。提前 48 小时以上预订的城际线路，可将行程免罚金改期至任意未来日期，原付款金额将顺延使用。若在两小时窗口内临时取消，我们将收取 50% 的最低费用，以覆盖司机已出发就位的成本，但因航班取消导致的取消除外——此类情况下预订将免费取消，并协助您改订下一个已排定的抵达行程。
我可以预订从目的地返回布拉格的行程吗？
可以——所有线路均可预订往返行程，且两程一并预订时返程可享 10% 折扣。折扣会在您选择返程日期和时间后于结算时自动生效。当日往返（例如清晨从布拉格出发前往德累斯顿，傍晚返回）是最常见的使用方式，尤其适合前往卡罗维发利、库特纳霍拉、德累斯顿或维也纳的一日游。多日行程的往返同样适用于商务出行——现在即可预订两程，我们会为每程安排相同的车辆（或至少相同的级别）。对于与航班相关联的返程——先接送至维也纳，转乘航班前往其他地方，数日后再从维也纳接您——返程将根据您的航班号进行追踪，与机场接机方式完全相同。
我将乘坐哪种车辆？可以升级吗？
您在预订时选择车辆级别。奔驰 E-Class 是我们的商务轿车：最多可载 3 位乘客，3 件大型行李箱外加随身行李，真皮内饰，车载 Wi-Fi，为各线路的基础价格。S-Class 是容量相同的行政轿车，但配有后排按摩座椅、行政级腿部空间和氛围灯光——同一线路价格约比 E-Class 高出 50%。V-Class 是我们的六座商务车，价格介于 E-Class 与 S-Class 之间，只要您的乘客超过三位、行李达六件或以上，或希望获得更舒适的团体出行体验，都是合适的选择。预订后如车辆有空余，也可以进行升级：请联系调度中心，我们将在数分钟内为您确认。所有车辆均为 2022 年及以后车型。
报价中是否包含过路费、通行贴纸和燃油费？
是的——行程相关的所有费用均已包含在固定报价中。涵盖燃油、捷克 dálniční známka（高速公路通行贴纸）、适用情况下的奥地利与斯洛伐克通行贴纸、所有德国高速公路过路费、任何桥梁或隧道费用，以及沿途的城市拥堵费。同时也涵盖司机在整个行程中的工时，以及在您上车和下车地址所包含的等候时间。行程结束时不会额外收取任何费用：无服务费、无燃油附加费、无边境附加费、无深夜附加费、无周末加价。预订后唯一可能改变总价的情况是您新增停留点、延长等候时间，或要求额外服务（例如在另一座城市增加一次下车点）——在这些情况下，调整后的报价始终会在变更生效前与您确认。
城际线路应提前多久预订？
我们建议至少提前 24 小时预订以便从容安排，对于旺季（复活节、圣诞市集、大型商展、F1 赛事周末）期间前往主要目的地（维也纳、柏林、慕尼黑、布达佩斯）的行程，建议提前 48 至 72 小时。尽管如此，PRESTIGO 在司机有空余的前提下，接受各线路在接送前两小时内的当天预订，企业账户还可享受优先调度的当日保证服务。两小时窗口内的临时预订最好通过电话 +420 725 986 855 处理——即使在线系统显示无空余车辆，调度中心也常常能找到车辆。对于复杂的多点停留行程、周末或节假日出行，或旺季的 V-Class 预订，我们建议至少提前 72 小时预订，以确保获得您指定的车辆和司机。
