A private transfer from Liberec to Prague covers 105 km — south out of the Jizera foothills to Turnov, then the D10 motorway through Mladá Boleslav into Prague — and takes approximately one and a half hours door to door. The fixed fare starts at €165 in a Mercedes E-Class for up to 3 passengers; groups of up to 6 travel in the V-Class from €180; the S-Class is available from €270 for executive or VIP travel. Your chauffeur collects you at your Liberec hotel or office, Liberec station, or a mountain hotel in the Jizera Mountains, and drops you at the door of your Prague hotel, apartment or meeting.
The fare is agreed before you travel and does not move: fuel, the Czech motorway vignette, bottled water, Wi-Fi and child seats on request are all included. Skis, boots and suitcases go in the boot once, and come out again at your Prague address.
The Route
Liberec to Prague
in ninety minutes.
From a pickup near the Town Hall, at the foot of Ještěd or at a hotel in the hills, your chauffeur leaves Liberec on the four-lane road south. The first half hour runs through wooded valleys to Turnov, the northern gateway to the Bohemian Paradise — sandstone rock towns and the ruined towers of Trosky Castle visible to the east on a clear day.
At Turnov the road becomes the D10 motorway, which carries you past Mladá Boleslav, home of Škoda, and on across the flat Elbe plain to the north-eastern edge of Prague. Total distance is approximately 105 kilometres; driving time is about one and a half hours in normal traffic. There is no border on this route — it stays entirely inside the Czech Republic.
Your chauffeur checks the D10 before you leave. Sunday evenings in ski season and weekday rush hour slow the approach to Prague; if there is an accident or roadwork, they take an older road through the villages without asking. You arrive with the afternoon or evening still yours.

The Chauffeur
What to expect
from your driver.
Your chauffeur meets you at the door — of your Liberec hotel, your office, or the mountain hotel where you have spent the week. Skis, boots and cases are loaded for you; there is no carrying gear down to a bus stop.
Ninety minutes is enough for a short sleep after a week on the slopes, a call or two, or a few questions about Prague. Which district is your hotel in, where to walk in the evening, how long the airport really needs — your chauffeur lives in Prague and will tell you.
Water, charger and Wi-Fi are ready in the back. If you want a coffee in Turnov or a different temperature in the cabin, say so. In Prague your chauffeur carries the bags to reception, not just to the kerb.

Frequently asked questions
How long does a private transfer from Liberec to Prague take?
Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes door to door: south to Turnov, then the D10 motorway through Mladá Boleslav into Prague. Sunday evenings in ski season and weekday rush hour can add 15–20 minutes.
How much is a taxi or chauffeur from Liberec to Prague?
A fixed fare from €165 in a Mercedes E-Class for up to 3 passengers, €180 in the V-Class for up to 6, or €270 in the S-Class. The price includes fuel, the Czech motorway vignette and driver time — it is per car, not per person.
Can you pick me up at Liberec station or my hotel?
Yes. Your chauffeur can meet you at Liberec station, at any hotel or office in the city, or at a Jizera Mountains hotel agreed at booking. Give us the address and time and they are waiting at the door.
Is a private transfer better than the bus or train from Liberec to Prague?
The direct bus is the usual public option and, for a solo traveller with light luggage, the cheaper one; the train is noticeably slower. A private transfer leaves from your door when you are ready, carries skis and suitcases without fuss and costs the same for one passenger or three.
Can we stop on the way from Liberec to Prague?
Yes. Jablonec nad Nisou, the Bohemian Paradise around Turnov and the Škoda Museum in Mladá Boleslav are the usual stops. Tell us at booking and we include the stop in a fixed quote. A short coffee or rest break is always included.
Can you collect us from a ski hotel in the Jizera Mountains?
Yes. Tell us the hotel at booking and we include the extra distance in your fixed quote. For a family or group with ski equipment, the V-Class takes up to 6 passengers and 6 bags.
