When you book a Prestigo airport transfer, you give us your flight number. From then on, the pickup is tied to that flight, not to the time printed on your ticket. If it leaves late, lands late or arrives early, the chauffeur’s plan changes with it.
That matters most when you cannot tell anyone. You may be in the air when the delay grows, or your phone may be off until you reach the gate. You do not need to message us, rebook or worry about a driver giving up. The chauffeur sees the new landing time and is in the Arrivals hall for it.
The 60 minutes of free waiting only start once the aircraft has landed. Passport control, the baggage belt and a lost-luggage desk all fit inside that hour, and a delay before landing never eats into it.

The harder cases
Long delays, missed connections
and the trip home.
A delay of several hours, or one that pushes your arrival past midnight, is handled the same way: we track the flight and the chauffeur comes for the real landing time. If the airline moves you to a flight the next day, or you are rerouted through another city, call us on +420 725 986 855 with the new flight number and we move the booking. If you decide not to travel, the free cancellation window — up to one hour before pickup — still applies.
Missed connections are the case tracking cannot see. If you miss a connection in Frankfurt or Vienna, the flight we are following may land without you on it. Send us your new flight number as soon as the airline rebooks you, and we transfer the pickup to it. If you cannot reach us before landing, call on arrival and we will find the quickest way to get a car to you.
For departures from Prague, the timing is yours to set. We pick you up at the time you book, so allow enough for the drive — around 25–30 minutes from central Prague in normal traffic — plus check-in, security and, for non-Schengen flights, passport control. Your airline’s advice on how early to arrive is the best guide. If your departing flight is delayed before you leave, call us and we can move the pickup.

What happens if my flight to Prague is delayed?
Nothing changes for you. We track your flight live by its number and your chauffeur moves to the new landing time automatically. There is no fee for the delay itself and no need to call us.
How long will the chauffeur wait after I land?
Up to 60 minutes free, counted from the actual landing time, not the scheduled one. That covers passport control and the baggage belt. If you expect to need longer — a lost-bag report, for example — call us and let us know.
What if my flight lands early?
Because we track the flight, the chauffeur aims to be in the Arrivals hall for the actual landing time. If you land very early and walk out quickly, call the chauffeur — you receive their number before you land.
What if my flight is cancelled?
Contact us and we will reschedule your transfer to the new flight at no charge, or refund the fare in full.
My flight was delayed overnight or moved to the next day. What now?
Call us on +420 725 986 855 with the new flight number and date and we move the booking. If the flight still lands the same night, tracking picks up the new time and the chauffeur comes for it.
What if my flight is diverted to another airport?
Call or message us on +420 725 986 855. We re-plan the journey with you, whether that means waiting for an onward flight to Prague or arranging a collection from the airport where you landed.
I missed my connection. Will the driver still be there?
Tracking follows the flight you booked, so tell us your new flight number as soon as the airline rebooks you. We move the pickup to it at no charge.
How early should I be picked up for a flight from Prague?
Allow for the drive — around 25–30 minutes from central Prague in normal traffic — plus the time your airline asks you to be at the airport before departure. Long-haul and non-Schengen flights need more, because of passport control. You choose the pickup time when you book.
